Relta ("we," "us," "our") operates the platform at relta.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Wallet address — collected when you connect your wallet to create an account.
  • Username and bio — chosen by you during onboarding.
  • Link content — titles, descriptions, prices, and uploaded files for digital downloads.

Information collected automatically:

  • Transaction data — recorded from the Base blockchain when payments are made through your links, including buyer wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction hashes.
  • Analytics data — basic usage analytics collected through Vercel Analytics (page views, referrers). This data is anonymous and not linked to your wallet address.

3. What We Don't Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or physical address.
  • We do not have access to your private keys or wallet seed phrases.
  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Service (creating links, processing and verifying payments).
  • To display your public profile and payment links to visitors.
  • To calculate and track platform fees.
  • To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymous usage data.

5. Public Information

The following information is publicly visible by design: your username, bio, link titles, link descriptions, and link prices. Wallet addresses are visible on the blockchain. Transaction details (amounts, wallet addresses) are publicly visible on the Base blockchain regardless of Relta.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Uploaded files for digital downloads are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database and file storage.
  • Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics.
  • Coinbase OnchainKit — wallet connection and transaction processing.

These services have their own privacy policies governing your data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account exists. Transaction records are kept indefinitely as they correspond to immutable blockchain transactions. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Note that blockchain transactions cannot be deleted as they are immutable records on a public ledger.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
