Terms of Service

1. Overview

Relta ("we," "us," "our") provides a web-based platform at relta.xyz (the "Service") that allows users to create shareable payment links accepting USDC on the Base blockchain network. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

3. How the Service Works

Relta is a non-custodialplatform. We never hold, control, or have access to your funds. When a payment is made through a Relta link, USDC is transferred directly from the payer's wallet to the creator's wallet via a smart contract call on the Base network.

We charge a platform fee of 1.5% on each transaction. This fee is recorded for billing purposes but does not reduce the amount received by the creator at the time of transfer.

4. Blockchain Transactions Are Final

All payments made through Relta are executed on the Base blockchain and are irreversible. We cannot reverse, refund, or modify any completed transaction. You acknowledge that once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be undone.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or selling prohibited goods.
• You will not upload malicious files, copyrighted content you don't own, or harmful material.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from payments received through Relta.

6. Content and Digital Downloads

Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and sell. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee any digital goods sold through the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Since the Service is non-custodial, termination does not affect funds already in your wallet.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, wallet errors, or incorrect payment addresses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
